Who we work with

For the last seven-years we have been working with a team of specialist advisors to develop pathways of learning within a fully commercial and operational hotel environment. We have worked in conjunction with local and central UK Government to bring hospitality to the foreground - raising the profile of the industry.

Our Founders

Kevin Haygarth

Kevin has been an operationally astute industry professional for 30 years. He is passionate about the hospitality industry and strives at all times to create opportunities  for people through training and development in local and wider communities. He has been recognised for his sector knowledge as well as receiving numerous awards for overseeing projects and concept development. 

He has worked with national brands to create apprenticeship schemes and programmes of learning which have resulted in young people achieving long term sustainable employment.

Kevin resides as Chairman of the Northern Board for industry charity, Hospitality Action.

Stephen Miles

Stephen is a focused and professional individual with 43 years experience in the hotel industry; 26 years as a General Manager in the London and Manchester 4 and 5 star hotel market. Stephen has won over 30 national , and international awards for People, Product and Service. He is a Master Innholder , Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, and was recently voted as one of the 100 leading General Managers in the world, by the International Institute of General Managers in 2017.

He is also a board member of industry charity, Hospitality Action.
